The blades are made with the blade-making technology of the production area of blades, and each scissors are inspected by our craftsmen one by one for sharpness to ensure thorough quality control. The blade has a slight curve that creates a solid response. [The same special processing used for single-edged Japanese knives (de-eba* sashimi, etc.) is used to increase the strength of the blade and reduce resistance when cutting, resulting in smooth cutting. Smooth cutting is achieved by the back-skirting process* and the worshipful bending process. |
