| This two-handled pot is made of three-layer stainless steel that boasts excellent heat conductivity and can be used for both gas and induction heating. Special mild steel that conducts heat well is sandwiched between two layers of durable 18-10 stainless steel. Heat is transferred quickly and evenly.
