Description
| NSSC180, a special stainless steel made by Nippon Steel, is used for its excellent thermal efficiency and corrosion resistance. Moisture in the pot creates a film of water (water film) between the body and the lid, keeping the inside of the pot at a constant temperature* and pressure, thus enabling waterless cooking, a method of cooking with a small amount of water or oil. This is a healthy cooking method that minimizes the loss of vitamins, minerals, and umami, and does not lose any nutrients.
