Description
| NSSC180, a special stainless steel made by Nippon Steel, is used for its excellent thermal efficiency and corrosion resistance. Moisture in the pot creates a film of water (water film) between the body and the lid, keeping the inside of the pot at a constant temperature* and pressure, thus enabling waterless cooking, a method of cooking with a small amount of water or oil. This is a healthy cooking method that minimizes the loss of vitamins, minerals, and umami, and does not lose any nutrients. In addition, it is compatible with all heat sources, including 100V and 200V IH cooking heaters as well as gas fire. |
