| Have you heard of Minna Tenhou, a restaurant chain much loved by the people of Nagano Prefecture? Before it was established, it was a small hot spring inn called "Tenho Tsuru no Yu". In 1956, Grandma Momoyo opened a gyoza restaurant [Minna Tenhou Tsurunoyu Gyoza-no-Yu] in Kami-Suwa, and the gyoza, chamen, and tanmen quickly became popular, and now, with the addition of the famous fried meat ramen and tanmen, the restaurant has become a favorite among all locals. Now, the notebook of such soul food of Nagano [Minna no Tenho] has been completed! This is an original notebook drawn by the designer, depicting Tenhou's popular menu and the Tenzuru family, led by Minna no Tenhou's manager [Tentzuru-kun].
