Description
Used oil can be stored after removing oil scum with a straining net. By removing frying debris and preventing oxidation, the freshness of the oil is preserved. The surface of enamel is glassy and slippery, making it easy to clean and maintain. Oil used for tempura and deep frying can be strained and reused. Removing fried debris with the strainer prevents oxidation and keeps the oil fresher. By keeping it in the pot, oil can be smoothly drained to frying pans and hot plates. These enamel pots are finished by carefully hand-applying the patterns one by one on the beautiful surface of the enamel in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture. Enamel is a glassy glaze baked at high temperature on the surface of metals such as iron. Enamel has excellent acid resistance, is resistant to acid*salt, and is odor and stain resistant. It is also hygienic to use as it does not transfer color and is resistant to the growth of bacteria. Note: Activated carbon cartridges (sold separately) are available in diameters of approximately 9 cm. |
