| [Sake Coffee is a sake-flavored coffee bean made by soaking green coffee beans in sake, transferring the flavor of the sake to the green coffee beans, and then roasting them. [About the brewery] [Ishikoshi Brewery is a traditional brewery in Miyagi Prefecture that produces soy sauce and miso using carefully selected local ingredients. We value the bounty of nature and provide the best taste with our handmade process. We produce quality products that are rooted in the local community. [Sake used] KIMAN [Long-Term Barrel Storage] is a seasoning created by Miyagi Prefecture* Ishikoshi Brewery that is characterized by its deep richness and abundant flavor from aging. The use of carefully selected ingredients and time-consuming aging in barrels brings out a mellow flavor. It is an excellent product that gives depth to dishes. [Taste as a sake coffee] The deep richness and mellow flavor of the matured sake coffee blend perfectly with the flavor of the coffee to create a rich taste. It is a luxurious combination that adds a touch of something extra to your food and drinks.
