[About the Brewery] Kagoshima Prefecture's Hombo Sake Brewery is a Japanese sake brewer with a history of over 160 years. The company has been pursuing innovation while preserving traditional methods, with a focus on shochu (Japanese distilled spirit). In particular, the company uses carefully selected raw materials and skilled techniques to provide rich flavors and high quality products. We cherish the nature and culture of Kagoshima, our hometown, and pass on our traditions to the next generation.
