| This is a mini-sized otsu made of straw wood from the Kiso region, which has an established reputation. This is a mini-sized Ohitsu. *The beautiful vertical grain of the wood and the copper tag give it a dignified beauty. *Ohitsu is used to store rice that has been cooked in a kamado or other cooking vessel, and to prepare it in a condition suitable for eating. ご飯がいただけます。 冷めても美味しいのはおひつのおかげ。
☆さわらは飯切り（飯台）やおひつなど調理道具に昔から使われており
台所の木製品用に定評のある材です。
※ご使用後はぬるま湯などで洗浄後、水分を拭き取り十分陰干し（自然乾燥）してください。
