This towel product uses a unique manufacturing technique called switch pile. The design was reviewed from the structural part of the textile, and through repeated trial and error, a unique and functional towel was created, which was highly evaluated. The towels have a new texture created by making full use of manufacturing techniques such as weaving and yarn twisting under the theme of "towels that puff up as they are washed. The pile does not easily flatten even after washing, and the pile keeps its shape to maintain its volume. *Switch pile: Two types of piles with different twist directions repel each other and stand up, resulting in a fluffiness that increases with repeated washing. *Highly absorbent material: Microfiber is used in areas that do not directly touch the skin to increase water absorbency. |

スイッチパイルというユニークな製造技法を用いたタオル製品。テキスタイルの構造部分からデザインを見直し、試行錯誤を繰り返して独自性のある機能的なタオルを作り出している点が高く評価されました。
”洗うほどに膨らむタオル”をテーマに「織り方」、「糸の撚り」など製造技術を駆使して、新しい風合いを作り上げました。洗ってもパイルがへたりにくく、パイルが立った形状をキープしてボリューム感が持続します。
・スイッチパイル：撚り方向の違う2種類のパイルが互いに反発して立ち上がることによって、洗濯を重ねるほどにふっくら感が増します。
・高吸水素材：肌に直接触れない部分にマイクロファイバーを使用して、吸水力をアップしました。
