Description
| High-quality [MIKASA] hard-paste porcelain tableware is now available at less than half the suggested retail price—while supplies last! This offer ends when stock runs out! We also have great value sets available. *Features of Stoneware Stoneware was invented by British pottery manufacturers in the early 19th century and subsequently became popular, primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States. Since then, it has been cherished in households around the world as a durable type of pottery suitable for everyday use. Because it is fired at high temperatures, it is known for its strength, durability, and sturdiness. It is also a practical and beautiful type of pottery that showcases excellent decorative appeal through the application of colored glazes, inglaze transfers, and other decorations on its warm-toned body. *Characteristics of the Firing Method Some products (primarily plates) feature a “full-glaze” finish to prevent scratching tables and other surfaces during use. For this reason, we use the traditional European ceramic firing method known as “pin firing.” The three marks on the underside of the product are a result of this firing process. Although they may appear to be scratches, they have been polished and otherwise treated to meet the manufacturer’s quality standards. *Safety Regarding lead leaching, these products comply with California Proposition 65, which sets stricter standards than Japan’s Food Sanitation Law and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines. No cadmium is used. * Dishwasher, microwave, and home oven safe |

Some trading conditions may be applicable only in Japan.
*Color may differ slightly from actual color depending on your computer or smartphone.
*Due to the nature of pottery, there may be differences in color, size, weight, etc., depending on the kiln and temperature conditions. *Recycled materials may be used for packaging from an eco-friendly point of view. *Impressions, unevenness, and iron powder due to uneven glaze and accumulation of glaze may be seen, but this is a phenomenon caused by the manufacturing process and is one of the charms of "Yakimono". *Please be assured that the items you receive have been inspected by the manufacturer* and are not defective, B items, or outlet items. |
