*If you are returning a defective item, please contact us in advance within 7 days of receipt of the item via inquiry box or phone.  
*Please send it back to us by Sagawa Express Pay-on-Delivery.
*We will not accept returns shipped by any shipping company other than Sagawa Express.
*Please mark the defective part when you return the item and attach a copy of the delivery note.
