*Products are manufactured overseas and are imported into the Japanese market only after customs declarations and import permits are obtained for miscellaneous items.
*Due to the overseas production of the products, product photos and images are created at the planning stage, and there is a possibility that the images and specifications may differ from the actual products and goods.
*Please be aware that you are responsible for resale, overselling trouble in case of shortages, claims, and compliant after purchasing products.
*Please contact the shipping company in case of any accidents (damage or defects) during transportation. In principle, returns due to dirt on the outer box will not be accepted.
*As the warehouse is different for each product, instructions regarding delivery company, date and time, etc. are not possible, and any other changes that may occur cannot be accepted via message. For items with different delivery dates, the items will be shipped according to the latest delivery date as soon as the items are available. In the case of individual shipments, shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.
*In the case of pre-order items or items awaiting arrival with different delivery dates, pre-order items will be charged separately for shipping.
*In principle, technical inquiries about products are handled by e-mail, and inquiries about shipping should be directed to the logistics company.
