| This is a Good Design Award-winning product, a gari jar pot for good pickling of fresh ginger! This is the perfect preservation jar for sweet pickled new ginger in summer. This convenient pot can be used for pickling, preserving, and dividing into small portions. The red tip of the new ginger is unique to the new summer ginger and gives the pickled ginger a cherry-red color. The color of the lid was inspired by the cherry blossom color. The lid has a wide mouth for easy removal of amazuke (pickled ginger) and a sharp spout for easy pouring of amazu (sweet vinegar). |
