Due to strict quality standards, some years are not certified as "Snow Top" depending on the year of harvest. This commitment to quality enhances the trust and value of the brand. Its name comes from Ernest Hemingway's masterpiece "The Snows of Kilimanjaro," and is based on the image of "Snow Top," the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, which is located just below the equator but is covered with snow. Snow Top is now widely known as a brand that represents the highest quality of Tanzanian coffee. SNOW TOP is roasted to a deep roast, bringing out its robust bitterness and full flavor. The bittersweet bitterness, like that of bitter chocolate, is combined with a subtle fruity berry aftertaste that gives it depth of flavor. It has a strong yet mellow mouthfeel, and goes well with café au lait as well as black. |
