Description
| Pencil caps and eraser covers are carefully crafted from full tannin leather, pit tanned cowhide, and brass clips. Pit tanning is a leather manufacturing method that uses plant astringent [tannin] to slowly tan leather over time. Pit tanned leather, which is produced slowly over a long period of time rather than by a quick tanning method, is robust and does not easily lose its shape, and the more it is used, the darker and deeper the color and the more glossy it becomes. This is a cover for a slim-size eraser. The cover is made of cowhide leather with a brass clip and decorative studs. A cap made of cowhide leather with a brass clip. The pencil slot is sewn with folded leather to securely hold a pencil. The brass clip acts as a guide for smooth insertion of the pencil. The leather will become familiar with the user over time, and the charm of the product will increase. It will become my own personal favorite product with time. The brass is not coated on the surface, so it will become finely scratched and its color will change as it ages, and the more you use it, the more the original beauty of the material will come out. Please enjoy the changes that occur over time. This product is made of natural leather. Please note that scratches and uneven coloring are the natural characteristics of the leather. |
