Description
| With the changing food culture. Manufacturer Yamazu Seito Co., Ltd. was founded in 1903 and was the largest ceramics manufacturer in Mino ware, shipping 50 million pieces annually to the world, mainly for export. Currently, the company is supporting the food and beverage industry through industry-leading initiatives such as the production of recycled tableware that will lead to the next generation, and is supported by a wide range of hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other businesses in the food and beverage industry. We deliver to our customers long-loved tableware with our solid craftsmanship. [YAMATSU STANDARD] Simple and inexpensive The simple, minimalist design of our products means that there are few manufacturing defects, which allows us to offer them at low prices. In addition, we can reduce manufacturing costs by eliminating processes such as brand stamping on the back of tableware and providing the product without a brand mark. *We can stamp a brand mark on the back of the tableware when needed for OEM. 2. Facilities for large-*small-quantity production and production to order We have the largest Mino ware production facilities with 7 molding machines (for plates, bowls, and rice bowls ranging from 9 cm to 30 cm) that can produce 30,000 pieces per day, and a tunnel kiln with a total length of approximately 60 meters. By producing large quantities at a time, we are able to keep production costs low. 3. Development of reliable materials By owning our own raw materials department, we are able to manage the development of clay and adjust the strength, whiteness, and fire resistance of our materials to make them stronger, whiter, and more refractory than other companies' porcelain materials, resulting in products that can be used for a longer period of time. We do not offer products at a low price by using cheap materials, but rather at a low price by using reliable materials. For example, DIA CERAM (high-strength porcelain) is one of Japan's leading tempered porcelains that can be mass-produced at the highest level of strength. 4. In-house production of plaster molds Plaster molds are necessary for the production of porcelain tableware. Normally, plaster molds are outsourced, making it impossible to produce them immediately when needed. By manufacturing in-house, we can respond immediately in an emergency and shorten delivery time. When all production systems are in place, 10,000 pieces can be completed in about one month. The ability to shorten delivery time is as important as price. 5. 8,000 tsubo factory site area We boast the largest site area in the Mino ware production area, where we store our inventory to be able to respond to customer orders from one piece. We can ship from 1 piece to 10,000 units as long as we have enough stock. We respond to new openings of restaurants, hotels*restaurants*cafes, and replenishment of damaged items to fulfill what you want now. |

『YAMATSU STANDARD』
