| Costa Rica Forest Mountain A refreshing cup of high altitude Talas bounty and artisanal craftsmanship. This product is a high quality coffee produced exclusively in the Taras*Corrillo district, one of the most famous production areas in Costa Rica. The coffee beans grown in the steep terrain at high altitude have a fine flavor and rich aroma, and are highly regarded for their quality. In this region, the trusting relationship with the small farmers with whom we have worked for many years has ensured that every step of the harvest* processing process is carefully handled, resulting in specialty coffees produced by the largest coffee exporter in Costa Rica. In Costa Rica, where water resources are strictly regulated, a traditional water washing process using a fermenter, which has become rare, is used. In addition, the coffee undergoes a careful drying process that combines low-temperature mechanical drying and sun-drying to preserve quality. The taste is characterized by refreshing citrus sweetness and acidity, balanced richness, and a mild aftertaste. Enjoy the light yet memorable, high quality flavor. [What is a drip bag?] A drip bag is a filter filled with coffee grounds for one cup of coffee. You can easily make a cup of drip coffee by hooking the hooks on both sides of the filter onto the cup and pouring 200cc of hot water.
