屋台や家庭で用いられている焼き網です。真ん中でぱかっと開いて魚やお肉を挟み、直火で炙ることができるスグレモノ。挟んだままひっくり返せるので箸を使わずに調理できてとっても便利ですね。カゴ型になっており3cmほどの空間があるので厚めの肉なども挟めます。タイではカニや巻き貝を直火で焼くのにつかっています。
もちろん、挟み式ではなく普通の焼き網としても使えますし、開いた状態なら面積2倍の焼き網になります。作りこそシンプル無骨ですが意外と強度があるので使いみちは幅広そうです！
