Delicate and elegant sweetness, fresh and gorgeous aroma... **Poire is a kind of fruit brandy made from pears, especially the Poire Williams variety, which has a mellow aroma. These pears are characterized by their high juice content, fragrance, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The ripe fruit is fermented*distilled, and the sweetness and aroma of the fruit is preserved. Although the alcohol content is high, it is surprisingly smooth on the palate, and the aroma that escapes into the nose is ever so gentle, making it a truly "fragrant sake. **「ポワール(Poire)」**とは、洋梨を原料にしたフルーツブランデーの一種で、特に「ウィリアム種(Poire Williams)」の芳醇な香りを閉じ込めたものが代表的です。
