| This long wallet focuses on storage capacity, allowing you to hold all your cards in one place. The uniquely structured vertical card slit slimly holds 30 cards. All cards can be seen at a glance, making them easy to see and take out. In the center is a zipper pocket for coins, which is slightly shallow so that coins can be easily seen and put in and out. A total of 30 card slots are placed around this zipper pocket. Each slit, cut at an angle calculated for easy removal, can hold one card vertically. Four large spaces surrounded by walls can be used to keep bills and receipts separated. In the bill compartment, one gusset in the front has been removed to allow smooth insertion and removal of bills. [Leather] Tochigi leather (jeans) Tochigi Leather is proud of its oil tannin leather, which has a moderate oil sheen that gives it outstanding depth. Leather tanned with vegetable tannin is dyed in a drum. After pre-dyeing, the surface is dyed by hand by our craftsmen. By adding a special blend of oils and fats, the leather is made moderately soft and moist while retaining the firmness unique to nub leather. At the end of the process, a finishing agent is applied to coat the surface of the leather to stop the color and protect it from scratches and stains. As the name suggests, it has a casual look, as used on the hip labels of jeans, and like jeans, it will blend in more and more as it is used, allowing you to enjoy its change over time. Vegetable tanning (pit-tanning) of Tochigi leather is... Tochigi Leather has the world's largest pit-tanning facilities, with approximately 160 pit-tanks, each of which is filled with tannin solution made mainly from Brazilian mimosa trees. The skins are moved repeatedly from pit tanks with light tannin concentration to those with thicker tannin concentration, and are slowly soaked over a period of about 20 days. This is exactly where the quality of Tochigi leather lies. After about 20 processes, the skins are transformed into leather. Leather tanned with vegetable tannin is called "Nume leather", and its color and texture change over time with sunlight and hand oil. |

【革について】栃木レザー(ジーンズ)
程よいオイル艶が抜群の深みを生み出す栃木レザー社が誇るオイルタンニンレザー。ベジタブルタンニンで鞣した革を、ドラムに入れて染色。下染めをした後に、表面の染色は職人の手により染色していきます。特別にブレンドした油脂を加えることで、ヌメ革ならではのコシを残しながら、程よく柔らかく、しっとりとした質感に仕上げています。工程の最後に仕上げ剤を塗布して吟面をコーティングすることで、色止め効果や傷や汚れから保護しています。名前のとおりジーンズのヒップラベルにも使用されていたりとカジュアルな表情が特徴で、ジーンズのように使用していくごとにどんどんなじんでいき、経年変化を楽しむことができます。栃木レザーのベジタブルタンニン鞣し（ピット鞣し）とは...約160ものピット槽を持つ栃木レザーの設備は、世界でも随一の規模を誇り、細かく分けられた各ピット槽には、主にブラジル産ミモザのタンニン溶解液が入っています。淡いタンニン濃度のピット槽から濃厚なピット槽まで、濃度の異なるピット槽へ皮を何度も移動させ、約20日間かけてじっくりと漬け込みます。栃木レザーの革の品質はまさにここにあります。約20のプロセスを経て、「皮」は「革」へと生まれ変わります。植物タンニンで鞣された革は「ヌメ革」とよばれ、コシが強く日光や手の油で色や風合いが経年変化します。
