| Utsuwa [nurture] [Kohiki]. This is a super long-selling product that has been on the market for over 40 years. Plain white Kohiki, rich in earthiness, is simple and easy to use for daily meals. Yet, it does not have the hardness of Western tableware, and even has a sense of warmth. The tokkuri and sake cup are indispensable for sake. Kohiki containers are water-absorbent. The structure of these vessels makes it difficult for water to escape, so it takes a little time and effort to use them. However, the time and effort required to use these vessels makes them enjoyable to use. It is a vessel that can be used, enjoyed for its color changes, and nurtured. That is what Kohiki is all about.
