| Utsuwa [nurture] [Kohiki]. This is a super long-selling product that has been on the market for over 40 years. Plain white Kohiki, rich in earthiness, is simple and easy to use for daily meals. Yet, it does not have the hardness of Western tableware, and even has a sense of warmth. This small sencha bowl is indispensable for tea ceremony. Kohiki dishes have water absorbency. It is also difficult to release the water that it contains, so it takes a little time and effort to use it. However, it is enjoyable to use it carefully and carefully.
