Description
| Tokonameyaki has a 1,000-year history dating back to the late Heian period and is one of the six oldest kilns in Japan. A wide range of products are made here, from daily necessities such as teapots and tableware to construction materials such as ceramic pipes, tiles, and sanitary ware. On June 11, 1976, the area was designated as a traditional crafts area based on the national "Law Concerning the Promotion of Traditional Craft Industries. *It is also used for making Matcha (powdered green tea). Chasen (tea whisk) is sold separately. *It can also be used as a tea cooler. *Milky white ceramic clay is covered with cream glaze and fired at 1150 degrees Celsius. The material contains no harmful substances. Recommended for inbound. |

常滑焼（とこなめやき）は、平安時代後期から1,000年の歴史を有し、日本六古窯のひとつに数えられる焼き物産地です。急須や食器などの日用品から陶管・タイル・衛生陶器などの建築資材まで幅広い製品がつくられています。昭和51年6月11日、国の「伝統的工芸品産業の振興に関する法律」に基づき伝統的工芸品として産地指定を受けました。
■抹茶を点てるのにも使用します。茶筅は別販売です。
■湯冷ましとしても使用できます。
■乳白色の陶土にクリーム色の釉薬を掛け1150度で本焼成しました。素材に有害な物質は含まれていません。
インバウンドにおすすめです。
