Hinoki, which has long been used as a wood for building temples and shrines, is made into a wooden postcard and printed with ukiyoe, an art form that is the pride of Japan and was depicted for the enjoyment of the common people in the Edo period. Since it is made from real wood, the grain, texture and fragrance are those of the wood itself. It is specially processed so that it can be sliced and used like paper, so it is not bulky.
