Description
| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake and the sake flavor is transferred to the green coffee beans before roasting. [About the Brewery]Over 100 years of brewing in Okayama. The Miyashita Sake Brewery, located in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1915. The brewery has been making high-quality sake for over 100 years, taking advantage of the famous Asahikawa River water and the climate of Okayama, a famous sake rice-producing region*. While taking pride in its locally-rooted sake brewing, including its flagship brand Gokusei, in recent years the company has also been actively exploring the field of Western-style sake, such as craft gin, craft vodka, and beer. While preserving tradition, the company is always striving to create new sake with free ideas and craftsmanship. At the core of the company's sake brewing is the philosophy that "good sake comes from good ingredients. We actively use local sake rice, such as Omachi rice and Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture, and adhere to thorough quality control and careful handwork, from rice washing* to koji making* to fermentation management. Miyashita Shuzo is a traditional and innovative brewery that aims to create sake loved by the local community and recognized around the world. Every drop of this dedication attracts sake lovers from Japan and abroad. [Sake used]Craft Vodka Akihikari is a craft vodka made from base ingredients of 2-row barley produced in Okayama prefecture, fermented, distilled in a pot still, and uniquely filtered with birch charcoal. The craft vodka [Shokko]** produced by Okayama*s Miyashita Shuzo is a domestic vodka characterized by its pure flavor and softness derived from rice, with the miscellaneous tastes removed to the utmost limit. This sake coffee is made by carefully soaking the green coffee beans in the Shoko and roasting them at a low temperature. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel the clear aroma of alcohol rising up with a hint of sweetness. While enhancing the bitterness and richness of the coffee, the clear and crisp aftertaste that only vodka can provide envelopes the entire experience. The taste is not flashy, but rather quiet and graceful, with a core of transparency, just as the name [Shokou] implies. It is a special product that blends the skills of a sake brewery and the charm of craft spirits in a single glass. *Bottle not included in product #coffee #coffee beans #coffee beans #homeroaster #sakecoffee #coffeeroaster #coffee roaster #coffee #coffeebeans #homeroaster #sakecoffee #coffeeroaster # dripcoffee #dripcoffee #drip coffee #inbound |
