Brewery where tradition and innovation live on - Miyashita Sake Brewery Miyashita Sake Brewery, located in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1915. The brewery has been making high-quality sake for more than 100 years, taking advantage of the famous Asahikawa River water and the climate of Okayama, a famous sake rice-producing region*. While taking pride in its locally-rooted sake brewing, including its flagship brand Gokusei, in recent years the company has also been actively exploring the field of Western-style sake, such as craft gin, craft vodka, and beer. While preserving tradition, the company is always striving to create new sake with free ideas and craftsmanship.
