Description
| [The coffee beans are soaked in sake and the sake flavor is transferred to the green coffee beans before roasting. About the brewery: Izumihashi Sake Brewing Company was established in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1868. [The brewery has a history of brewing sake in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, since its establishment in 1768. The brewery sticks to traditional sake brewing and carefully finishes its sake using traditional methods and techniques. The characteristics of the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice are also identified and reflected in the handcrafting process. The result is sake with a natural depth of flavor. [Sake made with] red yeast, a gentle and gorgeous natural pink. This pink sparkling is one of Izumihashi Sake Brewery's signature sake brewing techniques and the beautiful color naturally produced by the fermentation of red yeast. Its fruity aroma, reminiscent of fruit, and delicate bubbles spread softly in the mouth, making it refreshing and easy to drink. [Taste as a sake coffee] The natural acidity from the red yeast and the soft, gorgeous aroma seep into the coffee beans, giving it a surprisingly fruity and light flavor after roasting. The aroma is sweet and sour, reminiscent of berries and white peaches. The taste has a slight refreshing nuance unique to sparkling wine behind the coffee bitterness, which changes to an almost fruity aftertaste as it cools. While it has a strong coffee taste, it is very mild on the palate and can be enjoyed with an after-dinner drink or dessert. This is a light and refreshing [Huayagu Sake Coffee] that can be drunk without the stimulation and heaviness of caffeine. *Bottle is not included in the product #coffee #coffee beans #coffee beans #homeroaster #sake coffee #sake coffee #coffee roaster #coffee #coffeebeans #homeroaster #sakecoffee #coffeeroaster #dripcoffee #dripcoffee #inbound |
