| ceramic ware from Seto (Aichi Prefecture) [kohiki stripe] This series of flat plates has an impressive stripe pattern drawn with a soft touch. Available in two colors, brown and gosu, they subtly complement food. The clean oval shape makes it easy to serve, and it is an easy-to-use dish that can be used for a wide range of dishes, from main dishes to serving plates. [Precautions] Handling of Pottery [A fine cracking pattern called "kannyu" may appear on the surface of the glaze. This is due to the difference in thermal expansion and contraction between the material (base) and the glaze, and occurs naturally during the cooling process after firing. When a piece has been pierced, it absorbs water well at the beginning of use, so there is a high possibility that the piercing will be stained if a dark-colored substance such as sauce is used. When using it for the first time, please be careful how you use it, for example, soaking it in water for a few minutes. We hope you will enjoy the change in texture over time. 【注意事項】陶器のお取り扱いについて
「貫入（かんにゅう）」という釉薬表面の細かなひび模様が現れることがあります。これは素材（素地）と釉薬の熱膨張・収縮差により、焼成後の冷却過程で自然発生するもので、不良品ではござません。貫入が入っている場合、使用当初は水をよく吸う状態ですので、ソースのような色の濃いものを使用すると、貫入に染みが入る可能性が高いです。初めてお使いになる時は、数分水に浸しておくなど、使用方法にご注意ください。経年による風合いの変化もお楽しみいただけると幸いです。

①色ムラ---釉薬の性質や焼成度合によって、画像と比べ濃淡に差が生じることがあります。また、焦げや釉薬の垂れが生じることがあります。
②貫入 ---焼成後、釉薬表層上の小さなヒビが生じることがあります。意図的にデザインしたものであり、不良ではありません。
③黒点 ---鉄粉により表層上に黒点が現れることがあります。
④ピンホール---釉薬や土の性質上、ミリ単位の小さな穴がみられる事があります。
