| Aluminum stand for Chinese rice cooker, 18cm [for 10-15cm size cooker]. The advantage of a Chinese rice cooker is that the lid is woven to allow steam to escape easily and to prevent water from dripping. Since they can be stacked in several layers, several kinds of food can be cooked at once. Steaming improves the sweetness of food, makes it less watery than boiling, and prevents the loss of nutrients. It is also a great way to remove excess fat from meat, making it healthier.
