Lokta is an earth-friendly material because it is a renewable paper resource when harvested and produced in the right way. Handmade paper from Nepal, at the foot of the Himalayas, is called Himalayan/Rice/Paper, and is made from the bark of the locta tree, which is found in the Himalayan highlands between 1,800 and 3,000 meters above sea level. Each piece is made by hand using a method that has remained unchanged since ancient times. In addition to being resistant to insects, the paper is very strong and durable. インドベンガル地方の絵をモチーフにしたカレンダーです。素朴な雰囲気が可愛い！
手漉き紙の原料は標高1,800〜3,000mのヒマラヤの高地に生息するロクタを使用しています。
ロクタは正しいやり方で伐採、生産すると再生力のある紙資源のため地球に優しい素材です。
ヒマラヤの山麓、ネパールの手漉き紙は「Himalayan/Rice/Paper（ヒマラヤン・ライスペーパー）」と呼ばれ、1,800〜3,000mのヒマラヤの高地に生息する沈丁花（ロクタ）の樹皮を原料にしています。紀元前の古来より変わらない手法によって一枚一枚手で漉いて作られています。
また、虫などに強い性質を持っている上、とても丈夫で強い紙になっています。色塗りもすべて手作業です。
