Thick Matcha Latte [Ingredients (for 1 person) [recipe] *5g matcha, 12g sugar, 30ml boiling water, 200ml milk 1. put matcha and sugar in the [chasuboromi] and rub with a rubbing stick until there are no lumps. 2. Add boiling water and dissolve while rubbing. 3. Pour in the warm milk. 4. Finish by topping with whisked milk and matcha green tea, if desired. Matcha Chocolate Latte [Ingredients (for 1 person) [recipe] *7 g matcha green tea, 200 ml milk, 15 g white chocolate* finely chopped 1. put milk and white chocolate in a pan and heat to melt while warming. 2. 2. Put matcha in the [chasaburatsu] and rub with a rubbing stick until there are no lumps, then add a small amount of 1. and melt while rubbing. お家で一人のんびりとゆっくり過ごすための、抹茶ブレイクのための抹茶茶碗です。
茶々擦々は、抹茶茶碗(半筒茶碗)をベースに、現代の生活に取り入れやすいようデザインしました。
抹茶はダマになりやすいため、すり鉢のように内側に溝をつけました。
すり棒で抹茶を擦ると溶けやすくなります。
抹茶以外にも、緑茶、ほうじ茶などの茶葉やごまも擦ることができます。
抹茶、抹茶ラテやほうじ茶ラテなどお家で手軽に味わうことができます。
抹茶ごまミルクラテ
[材料(1人分)][作り方]
・抹茶7g、砂糖10g、いりごま10g、牛乳 200ml
1. ごまを「茶々擦々」に入れて、擦り棒で擦る。
2. 抹茶を入れさらに擦り、温めた牛乳を注ぐ。
3. お好みで泡立てた牛乳と抹茶をトッピングして完成。
濃厚抹茶ラテ
[材料(1人分)][作り方]
・抹茶5g、砂糖12g、熱湯30ml、牛乳200ml
1.「茶々擦々」に抹茶と砂糖を入れ、擦り棒でダマが なくなるまで擦る。
2. 熱湯を入れ、擦りながら溶かす。
3. 温めた牛乳を注ぐ。
4. お好みで泡立てた牛乳と抹茶をトッピングして完成。
抹茶チョコラテ
[材料(1人分)][作り方]
・抹茶7g、牛乳200ml、ホワイトチョコレート15g※細かく刻む
1. 鍋に牛乳、ホワイトチョコレートを入れて火にかけ、温めながら溶かす。
2. 「茶々擦々」に抹茶を入れ、擦り棒でダマがなくなるまで擦ったら、1.を少量入れ、擦りながら溶かす。 溶けたら残りを注ぐ。
3. お好みで泡立てた牛乳と抹茶をトッピングして完成
