Description
| Yakimaru II has been renewed and evolved! Thinner and slimmer to reduce not only smoke but also oil splatter! The edge of the water dish has been raised to act as a guard to reduce not only smoke but also oil splatter on the body and table. Oil from the meat is dropped into the water dish to prevent it from falling on the flame, thereby reducing the amount of smoke generated. The temperature of the grilling plate is prevented from rising above approximately 250°C, thereby reducing the formation of smoke from the fat in the meat. The total height is the same as that of conventional products even with the guard, thanks to the lowered plate position and thinner profile. |
