| Fuji Grapes - Muscat Fragrance Reproduces the fresh and fruity Muscat aroma of grapes grown in the majestic nature with a view of Mt. The design features a white base color with the fresh green of the muscat grapes. In Yamanashi Prefecture, it is said that nearly 10,000 tons of wine pumice, which is produced during wine production, is discarded annually. We met directly with a wine producer (Fujiyama Winery Co., Ltd.) that reuses wine pumice as compost and talked with them. We learned that "wine pumice" still contains a lot of nutrients. We thought about how to make the best use of these ingredients in our products and how to deliver them to the market. What we came up with was to extract the beauty ingredient [Koshu grape extract B] as Daily Aroma Japan's original ingredient, and combine it into our products. そこで私たちは、ワインパミスを堆肥として再利用しているワイン生産者「株式会社富士山ワイナリー」様に直接お会いし、お話をききました。
“ワインパミス”にはまだたくさんの栄養分が含まれていること。その素材の良さをどう商品に活かし、どう届けるのか考えました。
