Description
| *Unique percussion instrument that makes a beeping sound when shaken. This handmade clapper is made of warm wood. Although its structure is simple, just shaking it produces a dry, buzzing sound, making it a perfect ethnic instrument for rhythm play. The hands are a design motif, manicured in various colors. Three boards are attached to the top of the instrument, with the center board fixed and the boards on both sides movable. The lower part of the boards is held in place by a rubber thread, so that whenever the instrument is shaken, the outer board bounces back and hits the central board, creating a percussion sound. The striking surface is covered with coconut shells that have been processed into a circular shape, and the sound of the coconut shells striking the board produces a unique, dry, bouncing tone. Despite its simple structure, the dry sound adds a rhythmic accent to this authentic percussion instrument. This is a simple instrument that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to adults, simply by shaking and clapping.
