Before using this product
To ensure safe and proper use of this product, please read the instruction manual and keep it in a safe place.
*Before using the product, be sure to check that all parts are in good condition.
If there are any cracks or damages, do not use the product.
*If the pot does not boil or has any other problems when used for the first time, please contact the store where you purchased it.
This earthenware pot does not absorb much water [Note 1], so there is no need to "stop the water" at the beginning of use.
Please wash it lightly with a neutral detergent before use.
*When using the cooker with 200 V, be sure to use the heat control on "medium" or lower.
Depending on the model of IH cooker, some items may not be cooked or may damage the cooker.
*This product is ceramic. If dropped or bumped, it may be damaged.
The bottom of the cooker is especially thin. Please handle with care.
When cooking
*This product may not be used with gas stoves with Si sensors.
In such cases, please disable the Si sensor and use with caution.
*Do not use any kind of IH cooker cover, as it is very dangerous as it prevents accurate detection of the temperature of the pot.
Do not use induction cooker covers made of silicone or other resins, as they may melt.
*Do not use the cooker while it is filled to the rim with water or other liquids. Doing so may cause spills or burns.
*Adjust the heat of the cooker and stir well to prevent food from burning on the bottom.
Repeated scorching may cause damage to the heating element.
*The body of the pot, handle, and lid knob will become hot during and after heating.
Be sure to use mittens to avoid burns.
*After heating with an induction cooker, the heating element on the back of the pot becomes especially hot.
When placing the pot on a table, etc., use a heat-resistant potholder (made of metal, wood, or ceramic) so that it is in contact with the base of the pot, and do not place it on paper, cloth, or other combustible materials.
Never touch the heating element with bare hands.
*Do not heat the pot empty or cool it down quickly. Doing so may cause damage to the pot or heating element.
*Do not use in an oven, toaster oven, or over an open flame.

IH調理器の機種によっては調理できないものや、調理器を破損する場合があります。

・本製品は陶磁器です。落としたりぶつけたりすると破損する恐れがあります。

特に底は薄くつくられています。お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。

お料理する際に

・Siセンサー付きガスコンロでは、ご使用できない場合があります。

その場合は、Siセンサーを解除し、充分注意しながらご使用ください。

・IH調理器カバーのようなものを使用すると、鍋の温度検知が正確にできなくなり、非常に危険ですので使用しないでください。

また、シリコン等樹脂製のIH調理器カバーは、溶ける恐れもありますので使用しないでください。

・ふちまで水等を満たした状態で使用しないでください。ふきこぼれ、やけどの原因になります。

・調理物が底に焦げつかないように、調理器の火力を調整し、よくかき混ぜてご使用ください。

焦げつきを繰り返しますと発熱体の破損の原因になります。

・加熱中加熱後は、鍋本体及び、取っ手の部分やフタのつまみ部分も熱くなります。

必ずミトンなどを使いやけどにご注意ください。

・IH調理器での加熱後は、鍋裏面の発熱体部分が特に高温になります。

テーブルなどに置く際には、耐熱性の高い鍋敷き(金属製木製陶器製)を鍋の高台部分に接するように用い、紙や布など可燃物の上には置かないでください。

発熱体には直接テーブル等が触れないように注意し、素手では絶対に触れないでください。

・鍋の空焚きや急冷はしないでください。鍋や発熱体の破損の原因になります。
