Description
| Cast iron series that easily heats up and does not cool down. Compatible with IH * gas flame * oven * solid fuel. Combined with a square stove (sold separately) and using solid fuel, you can enjoy the feeling of an inn at home. The heat retention properties of cast iron keep the food hot for a long time. Glass lid makes it easy to see what is cooking. The far-infrared effect of the cast iron brings out the original flavor of the food. Durable and long-lasting as only cast iron can provide. The square shape allows for a larger capacity than a round shape and allows for storage without waste. *Cautions for use Food may burn on the surface for the first few times of use. As oil gets absorbed into the surface, it will become less prone to browning. When cooking with baked food, spread a thin layer of oil evenly on the inside of the pan before use to reduce the risk of sticking. When heating, place the pan in the center of the stove to stabilize it, and use medium or low heat. Do not burn the product over an empty flame. The product cannot be used in a microwave oven because it is made of metal. Please use mittens and be careful not to burn yourself. When placing the plate on a table, be sure to use a potholder or similar item. Do not subject the heated body* to sudden temperature changes such as pouring cold water on the stove. Doing so may cause deformation. Do not use metal tools. They may damage the surface coating. Since the glass is not heat-resistant glass, direct exposure to fire or sudden temperature change while it is hot may cause breakage. If the glass lid is broken, shards will be scattered violently as fine fragments, so please be very careful. *When using with an induction cooker When using this product with an induction cooktop, be sure to place it in the center of the cooktop and use medium heat. Some models of IH induction cookers may not be usable. *Care after use Can be used in a dishwasher and dryer. After washing, wipe dry and broil over low heat, then turn off the heat and spread a thin layer of cooking oil with kitchen paper. About tungsten iron In rare cases, food may turn black, but this is caused by a compound of iron and minerals contained in the food and is harmless to the human body. |
