Description
| It reads "akairo kozane ouido bosai hai ugusoku," which means "a tool called a backpack made of red small bills and brass studs. There are also some lesser-known words and bag terms, so we will explain them one by one. *Kozane A small strip of leather. It is the main part of Japanese-style armor, and many of them make up the armor. Kozane are also called "Hon Kozane" to distinguish them from the later "Ita-fuda" and "Iyofuda" which have a different structure. The kofuda of this work is also the closest form to the honkofuda. *Brass Brass. It has a high specific gravity among metals and is quite heavy when used in its original armor. *rivet A metal fastener. Today, "rivet" may be a more common term. Especially in bag manufacturing, there are various types of tacks such as "bottom tacks," "cover tacks," and "decorative tacks," depending on where they are used. *Gusoku Gusoku refers to armor of the Kamakura and Sengoku periods. In a broader sense, the term is also used for horse harnesses and Buddhist ritual implements other than armor. The name of this work is also a double meaning of the word "backpack" as well as "motif" of the armor. The word "gusoku" has also been used to refer to crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs as armor, and in some cases, the name itself, such as "gusokumushi," is also used to refer to the gusoku itself. I used scraps from the mass production of school bags and parts of school bags, but used them as different parts from the original. In creating this piece, I took a hint from armor and made it look like it, using only parts of school bags.
The large gusset is made of different pieces of leather to create a pattern, and a "glaring face" is made on both sides at the bottom to make it look more like armor. The large gusset is made of different leathers to create a pattern. The color and shape alone make the bag look like armor. The child will feel like a military commander when carrying it on his/her back, and the school bag will strongly appeal to people overseas with a strong sense of Japanese culture. *It usually takes about 6 months for delivery of made-to-order products. *Each product is handmade. Please be aware that the decorations may be distorted or misaligned due to the characteristics of the materials used. *This model is recommended for viewing. Due to its special design with many decorations, it is not suitable for children's schoolbag. Please use caution when using it as a bag for adults. *This product does not come with a repair warranty, so all repairs will be charged. In addition, depending on the part, the repair itself may not be possible. |
