| Takashima chijimi, which has been popular as underwear since the Edo period, is a traditional material that has evolved while staying close to the skin of the Japanese people. It is a functional material unique to Japan that was born in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, and is filled with wisdom and ingenuity to realize comfortable living in an age without synthetic fibers. It is breathable, lightweight, and has a light and comfortable feel against the skin. It is comfortable to wear even in hot weather. The bust is open with a beautiful curve so that it does not show through the collar of the top over it. The design wraps around the shoulders more than a tank top to prevent the shoulder straps of underwear from showing. You can see that only the front part of the bust has a double layer of fabric. This is to prevent the lace and embroidery of the undergarment from showing through the top. Sweat-absorbing parts are attached to the sides.
