Description
| 〜Awa Shoran Shijira-ori Shijira-ori is woven using the difference in tension of the threads to create a "chijimi" texture that is pleasant to the touch, lightweight, and easy to wear. Shijira-ori is dyed with Awa Shoan indigo and scientific dyes. Because of the superior quality of the plant love grown in Awa, it has been called Awa Sho-an since ancient times, and the indigo grown in regions other than Awa is called Ji-an (local indigo) to distinguish it. Ai has a unique color and fragrance, and is woven in a variety of colors by combining it with scientific dyes. This soft and cool fabric can be used as a yukata (summer kimono) or as a single kimono with a lintel.
