予測されています。
今後、中年世代や子どもの人口が益々減少する中で、
高齢者の日常生活は想像以上に

通院が困難となる人、
認知機能の低下で自動車を運転できなくなる人、
たとえ認知機能が良好でも
体力的な限界で外出をつらく感じる人、
さらには日々の着替え、調理、入浴、トイレ利用などが
以前のように上手くできなくなっていく人が増えます。
本書は、そういった低体力化・虚弱化(フレイル)に
確かなブレーキをかける日常の運動方法について、
目的ごとに手順をわかりやすく記述したものです。
10年後は年齢が+10歳となりますが、
運動の継続により体力年齢や身体機能年齢は
