Description
| [Cache-coeur tops with an eye-catching beauty.] Cache-coeur tops with eye-catching beauty. The details of the ties and embroidery, the softly spreading gathers, and the thin organic cotton voile fabric. It is a piece in which all of these elements have been formed in a very cute balance. [Various ways to wear it.] Depending on where you tie the fringe strings, you can change the impression of this piece. First, tie it on the inside, then tie it on the side for the finishing touch, and enjoy the cache-coeur line like a kimono. Next is a style with both ends tied in the middle. The presence of the fringe strings and the relaxed lines are wonderful. This is also a good choice when you want to show off your inner tops. Finally, just throw it on without tying it. It has a moderate presence and is useful as a midsummer style cloak. [Fluttering in detail]. The top of the gathers have been daringly left uncut to enhance the design. The depth of the lightweight fabric can be felt even more. Loop buttons at the cuffs also make the hand look more gorgeous. Shell buttons are used, and the attention to natural materials has been put into even the smallest details. [Scattered with handiwork] We had hand embroidery with a mango tree motif scattered on both the front and back. The small details created by human hands make this piece a treasure. The traditional Indian chikan embroidery was carefully stitched, stitch by stitch, by women in the village. [Cool voile is also made of organic cotton]. 100% organic cotton is used. A choice that protects not only the comfort of our skin, but also the global environment and the livelihood of its creators. We hope that organic farming, which now accounts for about 1% of all cotton cultivation methods, will spread throughout the world. The thin and lightweight voile fabric allows you to wear it coolly even in midsummer. The transparency of the fabric makes the hand embroidery look more gorgeous. [Mango-scented hometown] Samsonisha is the leader of an embroidery group. She is usually reserved, but I was impressed by her reaction when I told her that the designers had visited mango fields on a business trip last year. [I like mangoes too. The area around Lac Noe is famous for mangoes, and everyone takes pride in their mangoes."] She told me with a glowing expression on her face. Samsonisha's hometown is a village about 100 km away from the embroidery village, where there were mango fields. She said she looked forward to the mango-scented season every year. In fact, many motifs of mango trees, flowers, and fruits appear in traditional Chikan embroidery. For many local women, mangoes may be an important part of their lives that allows them to connect with their homeland. The women take their time to give shape to their embroidery, stitch by stitch. What kind of feelings do they have as they run their threads through the repetition of their quiet work? I can't help but wonder if their invaluable memories and thoughts have become beautiful traditional motifs. [Fair Trade] |
