Description
| *Authentic tableware from Nepal Brass tableware directly from Nepal. India and Nepal seem to belong to the same culinary culture, but they are slightly different. In Nepal, brass tableware is used for entertaining guests and in high-end restaurants, not stainless steel. Although not inexpensive, the more you use these dishes, the more they develop a dull hue and deepen their taste and austerity. It is heavier and classically made than most cooking utensils. We highly recommend this product to those who aim to create a kitchen with a special attention to detail. This is used as a rice scoop in Nepal. It may seem surprising, but this size is useful when using a deep pot in a kamado. Of course, it can also be used for stir-frying. |
