*Attractive storage! Practical and stylish kitchen racks

The rugged Indian kitchen rack is gradually being discontinued as time goes by. It is a rare item that is becoming even rarer and rarer in India.

Wooden cupboards are preferred in Japan, but the color of Indian and Nepalese walls and the slightly dim atmosphere of these countries make a wonderful combination with rugged stainless steel cupboards. The retro feel and the unique flavor make it a must-have for Indian lovers. If you're a fan of Indian food, you'll want to hang up a bunch of thalis on it. It is truly an item of "attractive storage.

There is space to stand various plates, and of course, ladles and tarka pans can also be hung from the hooks on the lower front side. There are four holes on the wall side, so if you want to hang it on the wall, please use those holes (screws for hanging on the wall are not included).

The uniquely rugged and retro look is wonderful, and in recent years it has been installed in renovated stylish kitchens and used in the kitchens of atmospheric cafes in Europe and the United States as well. We recommend this rack for people who like fashionable, retro, and antique furniture.

*Assembled.

This rack is assembled. TIRAKITA staff was surprised to find no instruction manual when we opened the package...! Please refer to the photos of the finished product and the assembly video for assembly. The stainless steel used is soft, so it may be a little flexible, but it will be relatively firm when the screws are tightened.

*Required items

*Gloves (gloves that are sharp in places during assembly, so cut-resistant gloves are required.

*Flat-blade screwdriver

*Pliers (necessary for fixing nuts. Also useful when stick items do not stick or to fix bent parts)

*Things that are good to have

*Electric screwdriver

*A helper (I was able to assemble it by myself, but it would be good to have someone who is good at DIY)

*Cockhorn (Sometimes it is necessary to re-bend because the bending process is not so smooth.)

*Perseverance

*How to assemble the kitchen rack

*Indian quality in places.

This kitchen rack is an old style product in India. The holes are incomplete and there are large burrs, and the edges of the shelves are not processed properly, so they are skewed. The small shelves are also made in standard specifications, and the overall quality of the product is Indian.

It takes a bit of time and effort to remove the burrs, but the finished product looks better and better. When finished, the result is a very cool and atmospheric kitchen rack. The Tilakita staff tried out all the shelves, and they all turned out well.

*Notes on assembly

*Wear gloves during assembly as it is sharp in places.

*Various parts may be bent, and some holes may be only half full.

(You may need to use a flat-blade screwdriver or pliers to fix some of the holes.)

*In some cases, you may need to adjust the overall distortion at the end of the process.

Please tighten the screws temporarily, and then tighten them firmly at the end.

*One person can assemble it, but it is easier with two people.

[Material] Stainless steel

[This item is a traditional product, so the parts are generally made in Indian quality. There are distortions, partial discoloration, and burrs left after hole punching as shown in the photos. The parts that are not well made are usually not visible after completion of the product. However, it is a product that requires a lot of energy to assemble, such as correcting distortions with pliers, pushing out the remaining burrs with a pointed flat-blade screwdriver, etc., and cutting them with pliers. In addition, distortion may occur in some parts, and it may be necessary to use force to correct the distortion. To correct the overall distortion, we recommend that the screws be temporarily tightened and then tightened again at the end of the assembly. The small shelf is bumpy due to the original specifications, but this will be corrected when it is installed on the shelf. As for the accuracy, it tends to be lax by all means. Please be aware of this before purchasing. Also, the edge of the shelf and the tip of the lattice pipe are very sharp, so please wear gloves that are hard to cut to avoid injury.
