40号でピッタリという感じでしょうか。42だと、袖の長さが一番気になります。

40号でピッタリです。インナーにTシャツを着ていますが特にもたつく感じはありません。42号でも着れますが、若干大きいかな?という感じです。
◆身長176cm・中肉：42-44号◆
40号だとちょっとぴったりすぎるので、42号がちょうどよいです。
