This tool, sev*sancha, is used to make the flour dough into shredded noodles when making the Indian's favorite fried pastry called namkin or murukku. Moreover, this one is conveniently designed to be fixed to a stand or other surface. *Came in at the request of a customer. We didn't have it in stock because we didn't know how to use it, but a customer contacted us and said, "I want that one that makes wheat dough come out fresh..."]. We have now brought it back in stock! It is a tool to put soft dough and make thin noodles, so it can be used to make idiappam or string hoppers. |

インドパパ、インドに行って買い付けをするたびに「この変な道具は何に使うのかなぁ…」と思っていました。この道具、セヴ・サンチャはインド人が大好きなナムキンやムルクと呼ばれる揚げ菓子を作る時に、小麦粉の生地を細切れのヌードル状にするのですが、その時に使用されるものです。
しかもこちらは台などに固定できる便利仕様です。
■お客様のご希望で入荷
インドパパもあまり使い方がわからないので、入荷しなかったのですが、お客様から「あの、小麦の生地がニューっと出るやつがほしい!」とのご連絡を頂き、入荷してみました!!柔らか目の生地を入れて、細い麺状にする道具ですので、イディアッパムやストリングホッパーを作るのにも使えます。
