【八眼天珠とは】
吉祥紋様であり魔除けとなる八宝を表しています。八方位から侵入してくる悪障厄難を除去し吉運を招き、求めるものはことごとく得られて、金と財宝が蔵に満ちるといわれています。
【朱砂とは】
朱砂というのは、赤い斑点のことを言います。
朱砂は天珠の表面にだけあるのではなく、内部から外部まで自然に分布しています。
また、朱砂は赤色だけではなく、黒い斑点であることもあります。
身に付けているうちに、ゆっくりと黒から赤へ淡泊化する例も確認されており、チベット仏教の僧侶が身につけている天珠では、僧侶の修行に伴い朱砂が現れるという言い伝えもあるそうです。
【龍紋天珠とは】
天珠の表面に龍の鱗（うろこ）のような紋様が浮き出てくることがあり、よりご利益があると言われている天珠です。
