ティンシャはネパールのチベット密教で使われる法具のひとつで、僧侶が旅をする際の魔除けにも使われていました。
主にお経をあげる時やメディテーション（瞑想）の儀式の際に、 シンギングボールと共に用いられます。
凛として深く、美しく響くその音色は、聞く人の心を静めて集中力を高め、極上のヒーリングをもたらします。
場を浄化する力もあるため、天然石の浄化にもご使用いただけます。
【龍(2頭のドラゴン)】
龍は空に舞い上がり天を駆けるので、出世の象徴・幸運を呼び邪を払う神聖な存在として古代から人々に崇められてきました。
チベット仏教においては龍は雷鳴を呼ぶ神獣であり、財や地位を守る守護神であると云われています。
【ティンシャの鳴らし方】
・上下の状態で
ティンシャに近い箇所の紐を持ってそれぞれ上下に振り、縁と縁を当てて鳴らします。
チベットではこちらが一般的な鳴らし方です。
・水平の状態で
両手に紐を持ち、ティンシャを水平の状態に保った後、紐を左右に揺らしてティンシャ同士を当てて鳴らします。
・シンバルのように
ティンシャに近い箇所の紐を持って内側同士を合わせ、シンバルのようにそっと当てて鳴らします。
