Description
| Made in Japan ornaments using clay from Shiga Prefecture* Shigaraki. The texture of natural materials and the warmth of handmade products will gently add color to your winter time. This project, which began with our own ideas, involves making special ornaments to add color to Christmas in cooperation with local labor support offices for people with disabilities. Each ornament is carefully finished by hand and has a slightly different shape and expression, giving it a warmth that no two ornaments are alike. This initiative is not just about making "things," but is also an important step toward expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities and deepening ties with the local community. We hope that the "joy of making" and the "love of giving" contained in these small ornaments will be gently conveyed to everyone who holds them in their hands. |

私たちの思いから始まったこのプロジェクトでは、地域の障がい者就労支援事業所の皆さんと一緒にクリスマスを彩る特別なオーナメントをつくっています。
一つひとつ丁寧に手作業で仕上げられたオーナメントは、どこか少しずつ形や表情が違い同じものが二つとない温かさを宿しています。
この取り組みは、単に“もの”をつくるだけではなく、障がいのある方々の就労機会を広げ、地域とのつながりを深める大切な一歩でもあります。
小さなオーナメントに込められた「つくる喜び」と「贈る思い」が、手に取った皆さまにもやさしく伝わることを願っております。
