| Bolga baskets are traditional handmade baskets made in the Bolgatanga region near the border between Ghana and Burkina Faso in West Africa*. Made of carefully woven stalks of elephant grass (Poaceae), these natural material baskets are durable, lightweight, and comfortable to use, with a woven pattern that is uniquely African. Available in two sizes, L and S, it can be used as a storage basket or an interior basket. Because they are woven by hand, each piece differs in size, weave, and color, giving each a one-of-a-kind look and feel. In the unlikely event that it loses its shape, it can be returned to its beautiful form by wetting it with water and reshaping it.
